Each year the West Valley Special Olympic team sells t-shirts for a team fundraiser. The money raised helps pay for the athletes registration fees, uniforms, and travel expenses to area and statewide Special Olympic events. Our West Valley athletes compete in skiing, track and field, and bocce ball.
Our team hosts an annual #notlessatwest day where everyone wears their apparel. This day helps bring awareness that people with disabilities deserve to be included and that they may have differences but they certainly aren't less. This message has been shared all over and is an awesome reminder that different is something to embrace! Please join us in continuing this message and supporting our West Valley athletes.
