Our school wellness policy is a guideline showing how our school is trying to make the healthy choice, the easy choice for our children. Parents are invited to help update the school wellness policy and to put it into action. Main topics will include nutrition guidelines, nutrition education & promotion, health enhancement, physical activity and goals related to those topics.

West Valley K-4 students participated in the Big Sky Fit Kids tracking challenge, which encourages daily physical activity and eating 5 fruit/veggie servings. Classes that successfully completed the challenge were entered into a drawing and Ms. Kowalka’s class was selected for a $500 grant! Thank you to the program sponsors Albertsons and Big Sky State Games!
Today is National School Principals’ Day! Thank you to West Valley’s principals, Richard Gross and Tina Blair, for their dedication to students, staff, and West Valley. We appreciate all your hard work and leadership!

Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up in May! We would like to give the West Valley staff some love and kudos during Teacher Appreciation Week with notes from the community.
